I am a friendly, empathetic and bubbly lady who always endeavours to empower individuals. I aspire to make people smile and encourage independence. I have worked across various settings, including care homes, individuals own homes and Addenbrooke’s hospital. This means I have gained a wealth of professional knowledge with regards to developmental, family centred and person-centred care. My role as a professional has always required creating and maintaining relationships within professional boundaries. I understand I have a legal and ethical duty to promote appropriate behaviours and expectations between myself and anyone who I might work with. Furthermore, I have sound knowledge of mental health and know what signs to look out for. Most of all, I will always speak up to protect the well-being of anybody in my care.
