Wendy was a 5 star carer for my parents. She was reliable, punctual, very level headed, and most importantly had a caring and compassionate nature. My parents hesitantly agreed to having a carer but Wendy made this transition so mush easier by her kind nature. They warmed to her straight away. My life was definitely made easier on the days she cared for my parents. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wendy to anyone. She became a much valued friend to the family and never let us down.
