I have done home help for a couple of elderly ladies,helping wash and dress,prepare and sometimes cook meals,cleaned and supported them on light shopping,or simply a chat and a cuppa,everything that enables the ladies to keep their independence and dignity. I have also been a personal assistant to a gentleman who was paraplegic from the chest down. This involved a lot of personal care,stomas,urine bags ,nail cutting nose and ear hair,bed bath,dressings changed,wheelchair maintenance, use of hoist very demanding,but satisfying work
