I live in North Walsham with my partner. I really like the area and the community. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I have worked with various service users in social care for 21 years. I have supported people with learning disabilities, mental health problems and people with dementia and Alzheimer’s. I always treated each person as an individual. I worked within the community, residential care, day centre and nursing homes with a capacity of 54 service users. 1-1 support was provided to some of the service users as part of the care package. I also volunteered in a local charity shop as I wanted to immerse myself in the local community. I have an NVQ 3 in social care and relevant training in care.
