I ensure patients receive the care identified in their care plan. I carry out nursing procedures and treatments as directed. I prepare and administer medicines to patients as ordered. I ensure that proper lifting techniques are used and that is made appropriate and functional lifting aids and materials. I conduct regular light exercise health teaching and help patients with physical activities. I provide emotional support to patients.
