I worked for 25 years working as a sheltered housing officer for London Borough of Southwark recently removed for redundancy from April 2013. I have experienced working with older people in their own homes, one to one personal assistance, companionship, also I worked with clients with. MS, and people with disabilities. I have been on al lot of training NVQ level 3 health and social care. At present I am doing health and social care management degree. Training in peg feed, first aid, breathing equipment, moving and handling, care plan, medication training, food hygiene assessment, made referral to different agencies social worker to district nurses. Supervised care staff coming in units.
