I have plenty of experience within the care industry, pushing myself up the care ladder and gaining experience within all sectors of senior care. I started at a brain rehabilitation centre, moving in to Homecare which included administering medications and personal care. After this I went to a care home, where I obtained the title of Care Team Leader, putting me in charge of shifts and controlled drugs. My most recent job was as a care coordinator, giving me the experience of reviewing care plans and being referred new clients to take on for the company. Along the way I have obtained myself plenty of qualifications from manual handling, to dementia training. I like to think of myself as a caring and reliable person, where I am able to easily build bonds with my clients, giving me the ability to provide high quality care to your family member.
