I have been working within the social care industry for over 10 years, specifically older people within the last 5 years. I am currently mid way through studying a degree in social work, so I am very much immersed within the systems of social care and I am very keen to expand this further. I believe very much in promoting autonomy of clients, allowing for an empowering form of care.
