I have worked in social care for over twenty years. I am registered with Social Care Wales. I have all my qualifications including Level 5 in leadership and Management in Health and social care. I understand peoples needs and am able to work under pressure and also understand how to support the needs of others. I am honest, can communicate to a high level, trustworthy and professional. I also understand the need of confidentiality.
