I am Maimouna. I have 11 years of care experience. I cater for the elderly mainly but also for any adult recovering from hospital treatment at home. On occasion I have been a doula: I supported women who had just had a baby and needed experienced mothers to assisted them. I am successful with my clients because I assist them in a tailored way adapting my techniques to them and their needs while respecting their life style. I do not impose bed times and understand that these can vary from day to day. I am very flexible, reliable, understanding and compassionate. I have assisted sufferers of dementia in way that best suited the stage they were at. I have also supported those suffering from COPD, Strokes, Depression, Chronic pain and fatigue, MS, End of life care, heart conditions, Cancers, sensory impairment and Oedema of which pulmonary Oedema. I have always formed a good relationship with my clients whereby we share interest and have fun. I always let the client set the pace as I don't believe in rushing them.
