My name is Lyndsey. I am 39, I have been working in the care industry for the past 20+ years looking after the elderly. I have my NVQ2/3 and have just completed a diploma level 5 in health care . I continued with my studies which I have gained a BSc in applied psychology, and continued onto a masters in nursing. My experience and knowledge is forever growing, and I like to keep myself updated on all training requirements.I am in manual handler instructor and have been on many courses, first aid, fire safety, food hygiene, pova, dementia etc. I am currently a director of a 47 bed care home .
