Ive worked within a residential home when younger, working my way up to management but always preferred hands on . Worked with a few companies between bringing up a family of my own. From alert minded to dementia and alzeimers, wheelchairs and hoists/ personal care and most of all being able to communicate well, to be a good listener and bringing up the spirits.
