Young woman, I have worked for the past 5 years as agency care assistant/support worker. It gave me the opportunity to experience multiple services (hospital, care home, care at home, support work,...) and get valuable knowledge about many types of conditions (dementia, mental health, autism, brain injury, physical disabilities, loneliness, homelessness, ...). I enjoyed human contact and I make my best to encourage and light up others lives.
