I am a self employed personal assistant, I have over 3 years experience working in different care settings. I have level 4 & 5 qualification in health and social care. I have worked with elderly, learning disabilities, palliative care, end of life care and long term illnesses. I am a mother of 3, two girls and a boy. My son is disabled so I understand more than most how important the right care is and the value of person centred care.
