I have over three years experience working with adults with special needs. I supported my clients in all aspects of their day to day requirements including; personal care, facilitating work/education, health and medication administration, home and social life. I have a degree in person centred counselling and also an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. I have a current and up to date enhanced DBS and also a first aid at work certificate and have completed yearly training on all aspects of care including how to support people with complex requirements. I am a postive and uplifting and pride myself in doing a great job. It’s very important to me to support whoever I’m working with in a person centred and empathic way and to ensure their needs and wants are met.
