Hello, my name is Frances, I am a 29 year old woman with 3 years professional experience in care but 10 plus years in a home environment as I cared for my grandparents. I have varied experience from young people to elderly with a multitude of needs. I have experience within a home and care home environment. I love to give back and offer help to people who need a little extra support. I am passionate about community and people. I think it is so important for everyone to have friendly human connection.
