I like caring for people and treating them as individuals and finding out what their interests and hobbies are. I ask questions to ensure they are receiving the correct care and therefore form a care plan which is useful in the person's day to day care. I have worked in the care industry since I was 16 and I have seen how the care industry has progressed and grown for the better. I have a level 3 diploma in health and social care and a level 2 in Dementia and I believe everyone should be treated equally and therefore a person's choices, wishes and decisions will all be taken into account in their support plan.
