I have many years of experience working and volunteering in care homes and home care. I currently volunteer for the Alzheimer society, attending dementia cafes around Lincolnshire. I want to be to give the individual I'm caring for a better experience with extra support and companionship. This takes time and is commonly found difficult at a care home with a large amount of people, sometimes only the very base levels of care are reached. I can provide a respite service when needed for people, be an extra hand and aid in giving you peace of mind when it comes to your loved one. It is important that the people I care for enjoy my company and get something out of my visits, for this reason, visits can be very adaptable to suit any and all needs.
