I have been hiring my own staff for the past 8/9 years and although Elizabeth has only been here for the past 4 months, she understands more about my needs and preferences and that she is my hands and feet due to my condition. I also have a speech impediment so she also takes the time to listen to me and asks questions when she's unsure. Elizabeth is very respectful, honest, punctual and reliable. She has always gone the extra mile for me, for example, she sorted out my wheelchair insurance by phoning up for quotes and reading through multiple policies and getting me a lower price on my gas and electric. She encourages and supports me rather than taking over and I think that's what makes Elizabeth special within her job as she is very approachable and easy going but takes her job seriously.
