I decided to go into care after looking after my mum and grandmother while they were on palliative care, I nursed them until they passed away along side district nurses, I wanted to give something back to the community, since may 2022 I’ve been working in a care home dealing with dementia care and end of life residents, doing different e-learning around the safeguarding, dementia, medication, end of life care, to enable me to support a variety of different needs. I find working in care challenging but very rewarding, I have always cared about the elderly and their families. I am hardworking and love looking after people. I believe that each individual is different and like to promote independence where needed. Unfortunately I don’t drive, I’m in yeadon, ls19,
