From a friendly chat and a cup of tea to light housework, some personal care, meal preparation, prescription pick ups etc or even just companionship. If you live in the Teignmouth area and have a particular need for a daily visit or perhaps someone to stay at night time to give care to you or a loved one. I don't drive myself but my husband has retired so can get me to where I need to be most of the time.
