Extensive experience in helping and assisting a close relative over the course of a number of years in dealing with the different stages and challenges of dementia. Together we have discovered, and I have gained, excellent and invaluable experience in finding, preserving and maintaining independence and dignity throughout. I also have experience with working with children age 1-8, having a 2 year old niece myself and have experience in looking after my friends children: 1 of which is considered on the autism spectrum and 1 of which with ADHD. Through my own personal experience and working experience I have found great empathy and the want to help all those affected by dementia and other medical and physical ailments. 8 years of extent hospitality, home care and cleaning experience gained within employment.
