I have been in many experiences where I have been able to care for the elderly. I cared for my nan from a very young age and believe I gained a nurturing nature from her. I have volunteered at St Giles and thoroughly enjoyed this experience. I do not like to 'watch' the individual. I want to prioritise their holistic needs, I love to build relationships with people and ensure they are as happy as they possible can be. Often being elderly can make you very lonely, I believe my enthusiastic and positive nature enables individuals to feel uplifted with my spirit. I am happy to provide any assistance I can e.g. washing/dressing, meal preparations, house keeping, errands (I drive my own car), transporting etc. I very much look forward to hearing from you.
