I am working as a healthcare assistant from last seven months with crown care services in different care homes in UK. I know better how to assist residents with personal hygiene task like bathing, grooming and dressing and helping them with mobility from bed to chair or wheelchair , supporting residents with proper nutrition and hydration , document residents observation and activities and providing emotional support and reassurance .
