I have worked nearly 20 years for the same Care Home in a variety of roles, my last appointment being deputy manager, but I prefer a more personal “hands on” job role. I am reliable as I have never had a day off sick. I have achieved my Level 5 Diploma for Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care and have all the necessary certificates for working in this field.
