I have 14 years of experience in care, over the years I have been working within different settings in healthcare, I have acquired knowledge and skills required in maintaining high standards of care for patients. I believe myself to be patience ,responsible, independent, committed a good listener skills I communicate effectively and highly motivated towards developing my career in care. I can be relied upon to document information accurately I am also a driver. I have experience working with the NHS elderly clients in their own homes , I have all my training up to date. I have experience working in care home with elderly people with Alzheimer's and dementia and also learning disabilities,brain injury,autism .At the moment working for NHS elderly clients in their own homes in the community. I also have care certificate in healthcare.
