I would like to apply for a nanny position, ideally working three days a week, permanent, and long term. Besides raising two children of my own, I have lots of experience with various ages, from newborn to school age children. I love working with kids. For the last 12 years, I have worked as a full-time nanny, responsible for children's complete care. I was responsible for all general nanny duties like bathing, putting them to bed, providing all kinds of age appropriate activities and helping them with homework. I believe that children learn quite well through play so I always try to engage them in fun and exciting activities. Depending on age and interests, I can either organise after school activities, play groups and sports/language classes, or we can visit places like farms, museums, children's centres in the same area. I have a CRB check and First Aid course, Ofsted reg. N if the employer shares half of my expenses. References from my last employers are available upon request.
