I have 10 years experience working with children in professional and non professional settings varying across ages and abilities. I love the exchange between children and adults when there is a positive and secure connection formed. I have a holistic approach to childcare and very much believe in recognising each child as their own individual, whilst being attentive to natural strengths and using creativity to build on these.
