I am a mother of 3 and have 2 step daughters. My eldest child is 27 so I have experience of looking after children of most ages. I have also worked in care sector for the last 5 years with young and older people. Many vulnerable and diverse groups. I have worked and achieved a lot with challenging young adults, by that I mean non verbal and severely disabled. I would like to work with a family and bring my experience to help them flourish. Before I worked in care I had my own training business delivering equalit and diversity to organisations. I feel strongly that core values of respect and dignity are important in providing any kind of care.
