I am a friendly and hardworking individual. I am always willing to go the extra mile to help where I can. I have multiple years experience babysitting and some experience in tutoring, as well as a couple of years experience volunteering at my local Cub Scout group before I went to university. I have a degree in English Literature with Creative Writing, and I am looking to get some childcare experience before I apply to become a trainee teacher. I am skilled in multiple areas, and I am more than happy to run errands (I.e pick up groceries, take children to and from activities, cook and do some housecleaning), help with homework (particularly anything English based!) etc. I have always had a good relationship both with the children I care for and their parents. I ensure that both feel safe and comfortable with me, as well as enjoying having me around. I have always got on well with the children I care for, whilst ensuring they know I am still the authoritative figure whilst they are in my care. I also have a clear DBS certificate.
