I have been a carer for a child with type 1 diabetes. My role with him involves taking him to school in the morning and picking him. Alongside checking his sugar time to time and also giving him insulin and making his meals. Alongside helping out in little house chores. I am also a part time teaching assistant I have experience with children of all ages along with children with SEND.
