My name is Rochelle, and I am an enthusiastic, passionate individual with over 10 years of experience working with children. I have worked in nurseries, schools and have looked after children (between the ages of 4 - 9) as a babysitter. I have my own vehicle and am able to pick up and drop off children if required. Working with children has always been my passion and I have recently given birth to a beautiful baby girl. I am looking for a role which will allow me to watch my own child whilst I work, allowing her to interact with children of different ages and allowing me the flexibility to work and spend time with my daughter. I understand the importance of structure and planning, making sure to stimulate children's minds in a fun and productive way. Coming from an Early Years background has given me the skillset to incorporate all 6 different areas of learning in a home setting. In addition to this, I have 8 years of experience working with a SEND child in a mainstream school. I feel that this gives me an advantage and allows me to cater to children with a range of different needs and backgrounds.
