I have always been passionate about working with children. I am 25 years old and currently baby room leader at a nursery and also the nursery SENCO so I deal with challenging behaviours and special educational needs children support and helping them to the best I can. I have 7 years experience caring for children and I am level 5 qualified. I love working with children and giving them the opportunity to explore the world safely and to help give them a good start in life.
