I started working as a babysitter 10 years ago when I was looking after 2 children 4 days a week while the parents were doing night shifts. Since then, I have worked as a babysitter occasionally, taking care mostly of newborn babies and toddlers. Although I haven't worked as a nanny on a full time basis, I believe that the experience I had gained in the past 10 years has enabled me to obtained all those skills necessary for taking care of children. I myself have two grown-up children aged 18 and 20. Raising my own children has given me the most valuable experience of babysitting which can't be gained even through long years of childcare. My personal qualities which make me stand among other people are a polite and friendly manner, responsive approach and diligence, as well as honesty.
