My name is Rachel of Rachel’s Little Stars Childminding and I am 26yrs old. I offer home from home childcare where I will treat the children as if they are my own. There is a wide range of toys to play with along with different activities that I will do with the children such as baking and crafts. I will also take the children to playgroups and indoor play areas, the park at least once or twice a week. I also am out and about during the morning mixing and meeting up with other childminders for the children to mix and play or go to group and come home for lunch and the afternoon before doing the afternoon school run. lI have not taken care of a newborn for 6 years but have had under 1year experience so am very confident in looking after a newborn. Have an app called kinderly which you as a parent will be able access at anytime and records nappy changes, food and sleep times. It is also where yoy can see your child's observations and next steps so is an online learning journal which will be the main form off communication as you will need able to log in at any time.
