I have over 18 years experience in childcare and have worked in a nursery setting, primary school and a preschool where I was Deputy Manager. I also have an 11 year old son so have lots of experience there to . I am paediatric first aid trained, have DBS and have been on many training courses, including food hygiene, child protection and safe guarding. I am passionate about my job and enjoy working with children, and helping them to develop and learn. I also observe children and keep up to date records on their development and achievements.
