Hello, My name is Patsy and I am a 22 year old university graduate who is hoping to become a Heath Play Specialist in the near future. I am currently volunteering at Alder Hay Hospital two days a week in the surgical day care unit where I help to entertain the children prior to their surgery. I have two younger siblings, aged 7 and 9, who I have helped raise since birth, therefore I am quite experienced working with children of all ages. I have also volunteered in Thailand where I have taught children English and worked amongst a group of disabled children in a care home, where we engaged in sensory play. I am a happy and bubbly girl who loves to work with children and as a recent graduate, my work hours are flexible to suit the needs of others!
