I have a keen interest in childcare and I have developed experience in working with children through my previous nursery positions and nanny position. I have been in the childcare industry for five years, firstly working towards a Level 2 CACHE Apprenticeship, a Level 3 CACHE Apprenticeship and then going on to becoming a permanent Level 3 Qualified Early Years Teacher. I have previously provided temporary care for two separate families, the first family have two little ones under the age of 13 months and the second family have a 4 year old, an 18 month old and an 8 month old. I enjoy creating a bond with the children I care for, as well as their families. I enjoy one on one time with small groups of children, as well as caring for larger groups of children, helping developmental progression. I have strong knowledge of the EYFS and I understand the importance of the early years milestones. Through my experience, I am able to understand parents and childcare professionals are the first port of call during the early years of a child's life, thus why high quality care and education is important, we are their main teachers.
