I have been working in a school as a teaching assistant for the past ten years and understand the need to be adaptable to meet children's individual needs. I feel it's important for children to have lots of different kinds of experiences for them to learn and grow into healthy, well rounded people. I also believe in a firm but fair attitude. I have a NVQ level 1 in childcare. Looking for full or partime position. I am currently training to be a foster career which is near completion.
