I am a 24 year old care and support worker with adult learning disabilities. Due to the shift hours of my work, I am able to pick up some flexible part time hours to help out in a suitable household. I have worked in support work for over 1 year, and prior to this, was a university student studying social work. I have had several placements and jobs working with teenagers in residential settings and often look after friends children.
