After high school at Eaglesvale Senior School, i was called back into the the school as a sports gap year, 1st team hockey coach and a Hostel junior master. I gained some experience in taking care of children by taking up coaching duties as a sports gap year as well as taking care of kids between the ages of 11 and 18 as a junior hostel master. As a junior hostel master i assumed the responsibilities of maintaining the safety of the 85 boys in hostel, assisting in homework and tutoring, escorting the boys on hostel trips and other supervision duties. It was very easy to assume these responsibilities as most of the boys knew me from high school and so they respected me but more importantly, they were comfortable and free around me. Apart from excelling academically as well as in extracurricular activities, i was a fan favorite with students and peers due to my charismatic and enthusiastic approach to life, as a caregiver, i give smiles to receive smiles.
