I am a highly qualified play worker of three years who is passionate in following my career in childcare. I believe I would be the right candidate for the position as I am a confident, enthusiastic and energetic individual who is dedicated to supporting all children within my care to reach their full potential as individuals. I am a naturally cheerful, capable, adaptable person with good teamwork and interpersonal skills developed in my present employment and I enjoy the challenge of working in a busy environment. I enjoy providing children with a wide range of child centred, children’s involvement and age and stage appropriate play experiences. I am a reliable, patient individual who is a good team worker, who supports all of my colleagues when needed such as supporting in large group play experiences. During my time of working as a play worker, I have gained experience working individually with groups of children, taking involvement in group games such as tag, encouraging children to take part. I also have experience in volunteering work working with children with additional support needs, volunteering in the after-school care club, supporting children whenever needed.
