I like to think of myself as friendly and approachable. Last year I took care of a two year old boy over a period of months and it was such a joyful experience. He suffered with a lung condition and was partially deaf so the experience taught me a lot about understanding children and dealing with specific needs. I enjoy the company of children and find that I can communicate with them well. I've been brought up in a family of six and have always been surrounded by younger kids, I am confident that I can keep children entertained. I will never try to discipline children for my own values unless I've been told otherwise. My past experience with babysitting has taught me so much and I would be more then happy to deal with any kind of scenario as I can adapt to situations quickly.
