Hi, I'm Meg. Wild Things - Droitwich is a home from home setting where nature and nurture meet to help your child be the best they can be. Every child is unique, and I support your child to grow in the way that works best for them. I follow your child’s lead whilst introducing them to new experiences and opportunities, building on their resilience and confidence and preparing them for school and beyond. My setting has a large, frequently used garden and lots of lovely local natural areas to explore. Children can learn so much from being around animals in a fully supervised manner, and I have a number of pets, but do please call to discuss how I can accommodate you if there are any allergies etc that might be affected by such contact. As a childminder I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) which sets out the requirements and areas of learning for under 5's. However, as a qualified primary teacher, I am ideally placed to ensure your child is school-ready and, for my school-aged children, to support their school-based learning.
