May I introduce myself please? I am at present a Residential Child Care Worker with almost 21 months in post experience.I work around 48 hours per week working 15.5 to 16 or plus hours a day on a 2 day shift rota and do sleep ins too..I am a present completing a QCF Level 3 in Childcare and have completed in house courses applicable to my job and many online courses for Residential Children and children in care and for children in general.. I work in the home with some of the most challenging children in the UK who display negative behaviours at times..I am a keyworker to one of our children at present..I love my job and the satisfaction I get is enormous.I am now wishing to work as a part time or preferably a full time nanny/ babysitter and also prepared to help with light housekeeping duties..I do so want to continue a career in working with and around children..I did have my own housekeeping business for 17 years and have 2 grown up boys and am a grandma to a beautiful 4 month old. I am also married, never smoked and have my own 12 month old vehicle.
