My name is Louisa after returning from maternity leave I became a room leader in a nursery but due to having bought a house in Leighton buzzard i am now looking for a new opportunity. My passion for children make me the best practitioner/ nanny. I am a kind, loving and fun person with a great deal of childcare knowledge behind me. I love watching children develop into confident learners and believe that all children are unique individuals who need lots of love and care to strive in their development. I have an up to date DBS and I also have paediatric first aid which was taken in July 2018 I have done my NVQ level 3 in childcare and have completed my early years degree which has now made me level 6 qualified. I have had 7 years child related experience ranging from Working in nurseries to schools. I also have my own two daughters who have given me even more experience as I don't think you understand fully until your a parent yourself.
