Hello I'm Leigh I'm 26 years old. I've always loved working with children, I babysat/day sat from early teens. I started working in a childcare setting for 0-12years before I left school I was there for 3 years before going to Australia for 8 months to be a Live in Au Pair to 4 children aged 6,5,2 and 1. I’d get the children up in the morning get them ready for the day, fed, dropped to school then myself and the youngest 2 would go to baby groups, story time at library, arts/crafts, baking, adventures, feeding the ducks, parks ect. We'd then pick the oldest 2 up go home sit down to homework, play hour (swimming together or individual play) dinner, bath, story time, bed. I had other household duties to complete, cleaning,washing,stripping beds ect. I've done a few years of care then a few of retail since returning but miss working closely with children. I have 2 nieces, 2 god daughters (I spent a lot of time looking after when they were younger all now at school week days) and 2 nephews who I spend a lot of my spare time with. I live in Portsmouth but spend time at my caravan in Hayling. I have a full clean driving license and been driving for 8 years. I have 3small dogs we enjoy long muddy walks.Feel free to ask any questions!
