I absolutely love working with children & enjoy observing them through all types of developmental milestones. I attended a CACHE Level 3 course in childhood studies for 2 years whilst attending various school & nursery. After a fantastic first 2 years, I decided to carry on my studies by moving onto the foundation degree, working with children and families. While studying, I found myself a part time job at a before and after school club two days a week, plus during the summer holidays. When I graduated, 2 months later I got accepted a job at a nursery in Edgbaston. It widened my knowledge of the Early Years foundation stage and encouraged me to use my initiative to deliver activities from messy paint to outdoor fun. I then decided it was the time to search for a school Teaching Assistant role,I was accepted into Year 2 and was delighted to have the opportunity to follow a new national curriculum. I am currently in Year 4 and run an after school club every evening.
