I am a hardworking, enthusiastic, and motivated individual with a positive attitude towards everything I do. I am good at making decisions, and can make reasonable and responsible choices to any task I undertake. In my current job role I create a safe and nurturing environment for up to 22 children ages 2-2 ½ years old collaborating with 4 other caregivers. Clearly communicating and coordinating with parents to understand each child’s specific needs and desires. As well as effectively interacting with toddlers working towards specific age-appropriate milestones. I love working with children, it is something I have always wanted to do, and I feel so privileged to be a part of their development and learning. I currently babysit for 6 different families, on occasional weekends/evenings. I have a full DBS check, along with my paediatric first aid, and level 3 childcare certificate.
