I don’t have much experience in child care, however I am currently working as a support worker for adults with mild learning disability so I have a little experience in handling challenging behaviour and I’m extremely patient. I love my job now but my dream career is to work in residential car for children who don’t have a permanent home. I think babysitting will be a great starting point for me and hopefully will set me up for the future of working with children. I’m very adventurous! I love finding new things to do I particularly love singing/dancing and video games. Babysitting entails taking full responsibility for the health and welfare of children when their parents are away. I will be very trustworthy with every aspect of childcare from meals to hygiene to educational activities. Other important duties include discipline and keeping records of children’s daily activities. I have a DBS certificate updated every 6 months
